MentorMe

Legal & Compliance

Terms of Service.

Last updated: June 2026. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MentorMe website, courses, community, software, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, enrolling, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

MentorMe provides AI education, training, software, and community access to founders, professionals, and members. The Service is operated by MentorMe. If you have questions about these Terms, email italo@mentorme.com.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and enroll. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or that are used in violation of these Terms.

3. Payments & billing

Payments for enrollments, memberships, and renewals are processed by Stripe, Inc. When you pay, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your selected payment method for the amounts shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes. We do not store your full card details; those are handled by Stripe under its own terms and privacy policy.

Where a plan renews on a recurring basis, it will automatically renew at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel before the next renewal date by emailing italo@mentorme.com. Refunds are governed by our refund policy, including the 14-day satisfaction guarantee described there.

Failed, disputed, or charged-back payments may result in suspension of your access until the balance is resolved.

4. License & intellectual property

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, MentorMe grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the courses, materials, templates, and software for your own use.

All content, branding, course materials, prompts, frameworks, and software are owned by MentorMe or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publicly share, or sublicense the materials, or use them to build a competing product, without our prior written permission.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account or course access with people who have not enrolled.
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract our materials in bulk.
  • Use the Service for anything unlawful, abusive, or harmful to others.
  • Disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
  • Misrepresent your affiliation with, or certification by, MentorMe.

6. Communications

By creating an account or enrolling, you consent to receive service, billing, and account emails — including transactional messages sent through our email provider, Resend — at the address you provide. Marketing emails are optional and include an unsubscribe link. See our privacy policy for how we handle your data.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

MentorMe is an educational program, not a guarantee of income or business results. Income, results, certification, forward-looking statements, and related limitations are described in full on our disclaimers page, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MentorMe and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to MentorMe in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that harms MentorMe or other members. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will survive.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
